The massive earthquake that affected a considerable part of the country had no real impact on the Hotel facilities or its regular operations.
The building, constructed in 1996, stood up impressively to the powerful quake, which devastated the south of the country, with its epicenter near Concepción.
Apart from an LCD television falling off the wall in one of the rooms, there were no injuries suffered or any damage to the infrastructure. Besides an interruption in Internet service and some other lines of communications, there were no significant effects from the seismic event within the Hotel.
The Hotel is functioning fully and putting all of its efforts into providing the best possible service during this difficult time.
