Acquisition

With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Time Hotel & Apartments acquired the iconic Rugendas Hotel. Since March 2015, the group has been managing the hotel, marking a new chapter in its legacy of hospitality and service.

2022

Renovation

The Rugendas Hotel begins an ambitious refurbishment project. The renovation ranges from the rooms to the common areas, combining classic elegance with modernity. Each space is redesigned to offer comfort and style, reflecting the new identity of a classic boutique hotel.
